Menu development is a unique, collaborative effort between the Chef & client and one of our favorite aspects of this profession.

We can create an entirely bespoke epicurean experience or clients can enjoy “MISE” menu classics. Family style BBQ or flying in ingredients from Japan for a 20 course omakase…it’s up to you.

A discipline all its own somewhere between an art & a science, pairing wine, cocktails or a zero proof beverage with a “MISE” experience is something we love to provide for our clients.

We have relationships with winemakers, importers and some of Hawaiis best bartenders and sommeliers on call.
